I got the same answer from Gordon on that forum, referrals are not allowed but as Hanley said it's not in the rules. So they either need to change the rules to include it or let us use them. There are other users there with "referrals" to Dropbox and other stuff so why not MP?

Obviously that question wasn't directed at you B-Builder, more rhetorical than anything...personally I don't see the harm in them, but that's just me.

Oh how I've wrecked my back. Same bottom right hand side I hurt 18 months ago. But yé tho tis much worse.

Woke at 5am by babypants and it took me 5mins to get out of the bed to take a leak. It took twice that to get back in. I stood next to the bed sobbing that there was no way I could bend to get into the scratcher.

Eventually a stunningly graceful lunge-into-sissy-squat manoeuvre allowed me to return to horizontal-ness.

Narrow stance, high bar, pause squats are to blame, that and neglecting my glute activation stuff for the past while.

New gym in the town has a bench press. The j-hooks slide out, then back in themselves when you take the bar. :eek:
