Can't upload a 80mb file

Hi, I've tried twice to upload a 80mb file but both times was given a message saying that cookies are not enabled. The upload did take quite a while both times, but I tried a 5mb file and it uploaded fine, so I'm not sure what I should do to resolve this? I tried in Chrome and Firefox. Thanks

Using the file manager?

For a file that large you'd be better off using FTP
