Loose saddle

A few weeks ago, I moved my saddle in a little and retightened the screw underneath it. Since then, after being on the bike for an hour or so, the screw comes loose and the seat wobbles around a bit. I have to get off and retighten it. This has happened at least twice, maybe more. Since the screw does tighten, I don't think I've stripped it, but obviously something is awry. I'm thinking I'll have to bring it to the lbs, but I wonder if there's anything I can do first?

you could try threadlockers, should pick it up in a decent Hardware shop. or maybe plumbers tape (not too sure if this is the right name) it is the thin white tape you can wrap around the threaded part of the bolt before you screw it into place.

Tks, H2H, but they both look like they're going to lock the screw in permanently, I'm not sure I want to go that drastic just yet.

they won't lock the screw in place (not glues) and will allow removal with standard tools.
