Sharing folder between Win 7 and OSX

    Hey,
    I have Windows 7 also installed on my Mac. I'd like to be able to access files between one and the other, is there an easy way to do this without having to use an external HD for example?

    And a bonus question; I want to create a self extracting zip file that will work on both Macs and Windows. I've tried it using Stuffit, but couldn't figure out how it's done. Any ideas, and would one of these files self extract on any machine or just Macs?

    Not sure about the zip file but I have windows 7 on my snow leopard mac mini using bootcamp and when in windows 7 I can see the mac partition and open PDFs etc. What is your setup?

    I've only had Mac OS a couple of months, so only finding my way round, but I set it up on Parallels (don't know if it's any help to you).

    I just went into Virtual Machine - Configure - options and set it up in there. Can now access it from both systems.

    From Snow Leopard onwards, the OS X partition is readable from the Boot Camp partition. OS X is also capable of reading a Windows NTFS partition. But I'm pretty sure it's not possible to write in either case.
