Could someone point me to the regulation around licensed bus operations please. Is it the case that one could form a travel club where the membership could travel direct (by bus Cork to Dublin) on a regular basis and it wouldn't need to be licensed?

Im sure if there were money to be made by doing this, someone whould have tried it. Probably has been tried already.

Before private operators like Aircoach came on it certainly used to be the case. Not sure if the legislation has changed since the 90s when I was aware of them.
