Problem Installing BarTender Printer Software

A client is having trouble installing printer software on their PC. It is a BarTender printer and about 30 seconds into the install a message appears saying: "1603: Error installing Microsoft.NET framework". Now .NET had been on the system beforehand anyway, but I uninstalled it completely and tried running it again but…
