    This really should be in the leaving cert forum, It seems like a ploy to shout 'hey look at me I got this many points in the LC and I am attractive!'

    Let us all take this opportunity to boast, I am just about finished my masters and have an amazing circle of friends, family and boyfriend, but I am only 5ft 3 so I guess it isn't worth anything!

    You're friends are probably a little miffed and maybe a small bit jealous.
    Don't worry what they have said to you, they are probably delighted for you deep down that you proved them wrong and that you could do well!

    Doing well in the leaving cert is mostly based on how much you study.

    If your good at studying you'll do well. Really has fcuk all to do with actual intelligence.

    i never assumed it was, i was honestly looking to scrape 550 i didn't put in the work and don't deserve the results i got. i've never taken results in any exam to be a sign of someone's intelligence. maybe some of you expect me to produce some other proof that i'm not as thick as two short planks but i can't and even if i did i'd just get a backlash of comments claiming i was "boasting".
