Help with Form 12

Hi, I was looking for a guide or demonstration to help you fill out form 12 Paye tax return. Every time i look at it and try to fill out i freak out :eek:. It's safe to say that numbers are not my strong point ! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Revenue don't publish any specific guidelines on completing Form 12 as far as I know.

If you look up the "Guide to Completing 2009 Pay & File Returns" this may help (although this is mainly for completing Form 11)
