    what i ment was is it easy to get a loan or do i need to wait a few weeks to get it??

    It should take not longer than a few days if not instantly to find out. Regardless if your a customer or not but as long as you bring in everything you need.

    UB are still lending money but they, like everyone else, have tightened up considerably on criteria. You will usually have a decision within 48 hrs.
