Old School triangle injection Marks

    Howdy all

    I noticed this morning that I still have the marks on my left arm from injections I got when I was a kid .The three marks make up a triangle.

    What type of needles used to leave such marks i dont know

    Check your Arm . Have you still got them ?

    And do kids still get these injections to leave theses marks ?

    my kids (3.5 and 2) have similar marks on their arms from innoculations they got since they were born and i'm sure they'll be there for life.

    it always bothers me that i dont have any though - i think i simply refused from day one to have a needle anywhere near me. my bro has 'the mark'

    I've seen some people with what looks like bullet holes, what the hell sort of needle could cause such life long scarring!!
    Personally i have no mark whatsover, must be down to the doc/nurse being a sadist i reckon:confused:

    its the MMR vaccination which is done to kids (I think females only)

    I think it has been done regularly since the 80s

    Well I got them done in the 70's,BCG they were called back then.

    Have one mark from when the BCG just became one injection. Same with my first baby, she has a big BCG mark on her arm... apparently if it doesn't scar it didn't work! My second baby hasn't had her BCG yet... cos of the swine flu vaccine it was postponed and they haven't cleared the backlog yet!

    Holy Jesus I'm shocked at the levels of misinformation on here. I thouhgt everyone knew this stuff.

    These are BCG vaccination marks. Its NOT the MMR. Repeat NOT!!!!!
    BCG is your tuberculosis vaccine.
    They use normal needles for this - the marks are scars left behind by the immune reaction to the vaccine.

    Triangular scar is usually a sign of alien abduction. I recommend that you cut into your arm with a scalpel and see if you find any chips or homing devices.

    Damnit I took a pic of mine and forgot AH doesn't allow pics.

    Yes I have my 3, they're fairly big and evil. I think kids in the early 80's have them the worst, my older bros and sisters don't have them like I do.

    That's what the government would have us believe. What they actually are, are marks left from microchip implants which track our every move.

    And the only way to negate the tracking system is to wear a hat made - not from tin foil - but aluminium foil.

    I had mine done back in school, love flexing my bicep with the three triangle scars on it, gets the women all wet and frisky, they love a bit of the scarangle

    Nope don't have em, unlike all my mates in the 70's. Had some scratch test done and I already had an immunity to TB so... The only vaccinations Ive had were for tetanus and polio. I've had mumps, measles, rubela and chicken pox so I got natures vaccinations.

    Many worry about Artificial Intelligence. I worry far more about Organic Idiocy.

    I dont have any scars from this though just the BCG scar.

    Edit actually it was called the Heaf test which the Mantoux test replaced.

    This was what they used in the Heaf test.

    No, the three marks are from the BCG injection.

    The Mantoux test is done on the LOWER left arm. From what I can remember, it plucks your skin with a kind of grabber thing and depending on the reaction, it will determine whether or not you need the BCG injection.

    Not everyone has to get the triangle injection. It depends on the results of your Mantoux test which is done when you are 6ish.
