Does anyone know if there's a pharmacy in Heathrow Airport where one can buy actual medicines (as opposed to just a Boots beauty products type place)? I'll be arriving in Terminal 1 and transferring to Terminal 3. Thanks!

Thanks for that. Unfortunately the website is quite unclear about where it is and so is as unhelpful as you.

Uncalled for, after about 15 seconds on google I got this:
Boots chemists are located in all terminals, both before and after passport control. Here you can get medicine over the counter or obtain prescribed medicine, but only in branches before security in Terminal 1 and 5.

You could just ring boots and ask them:

Terminal 1 to terminal 3 is a short walk (10 mins) so you should have time.

There is definitely a full pharmacy in the Boots in T1. Will probably only be of any use though if you have a UK prescription and relatively common drugs that your after.
