Is my clutch gone?

If I an at a standstill with the clutch fully in and remove my foot from the break the car will move off. The gears are also very stiff and hard to engage, especially first and second. Does this mean the clutch is gone? I also stupidly let the engine run out of oil recently if this is relevant. Thanks for the help

If the clutch is gone, when you press in the accelerator, the revs go up but the speedo doesn't.

Sounds more like the master cylinder or slave cylinder is gone. So its not disengaging the clutch when you press in the pedal and the car is moving. Does your clutch pedal stick in? i.e. it doesn't come back out immediately as you lift your foot out of the pedal?

Its what's gone with my car too I think...

When the clutch goes, it sticks out of gear rather than in gear. (This is why a worn clutch will be "higher" than a new clutch)

    EDIT: As af_thefragile said :D

If its a cable operated the cable might just need to be adjusted as cables stretch over their lifetime.

Cheers lads. The clutch doesn't stick in, it comes out ok but car still moves when it's in. Kind of sticks both in and out, very difficult sometimes to get the car either into or out of a gear

Sounds like master or slave cylinder.

If its the master cylinder, you won't need to remove the transmission.
But if its the slave cylinder, then you will need to remove the transmission and in that case you might aswell replace the clutch and flywheel too.
