Here's a cutting from a WikiHow article called "How to hold in pee when you can't use the bathroom"

Sit upright but relaxed. Don't "slouch". Raise your upper-body and allow you back to arch taking pressure off your bladder, but do not "stretch" your abdomen as this will add pressure. Relax your abdomen.
Position your legs what ever way is most comfortable. Don't cross your legs above the knee. If you cross your legs, cross them at the ankles or shins. Press your thighs together, but avoid over-tensing them. Let your pelvis roll or tilt to ease your bladder. Try to contain your excitement at the thought of being in Monaghan.

Its the pain your gonna have in your pee pee from holding in the pee that I would be more worried about....the sphincter muscle has been tight keeping it in for so long.....the release of it will be quite painful! Just do it slowly.........

I've had a check of the Bus Eireann timetables, and in fact there is no bus that goes to Derry at 16.45. Did you mean 17.45? If that is the case, you have already had two stops marked with a "P" (Airport and Ardee).
