Lovin the answers on here :pac:

Seriously though, go to a doctor about it. That doesn't sound like a run of the mill feeling-dizzy-after-getting-up.

Dunno what it was but was really weird i still dont feel right like.
It actually felt like place got dark when i got to the park was sitting there
i cant even remember walking back to the park. All i know was nice and bright out before any of this.

No just a pain in side my head for some reason.

angerfist: see a doctor NOW. Sounds like a mini stroke. *concerned*

That does actually sound pretty strange, and I'd definitely be thinking about getting some professional medical advice, especially if you still feel strange.

I think you should get yourself checked out in case you have a blood pressure problem.

Ta for the concern but ill be grand.
Dont feel as weird as i did early on i faint really worn out and faint for about an hour after got home.

Whats bothering me is im seriously confused with what i saw and how i felt fine one minute and next i was in the park sitting there wondering what just happened.

Im sitting here trying remember what it was cause it seemed really intense at the time i can only remember slight bits still not sure if was a memory of something.

So ya im ****ing confused more then anything

You were abducted by Aliens and medically probed.

    Most likely your dog too.

Check the back of your leg for a tiny implant which they will have inserted to track your movements.

Just got back from walking the dog went up a street never usually go with him but i know it well myself.

On way back near end this street all sudden i felt like blood just drained from my body and i got this really weird flashback of some really intense memory. I am finding it really hard remember what it was or if it was actually a real memory.

Took me bout ten minutes in the near by park sitting there with dog trying get my head together dunno how i didnt let him go.

Then on way home he gets attacked by another dog very odd walk thats all i know.

Sitting here now feel so weird white as sheet no expression on me face.

Sitting in a Dublin park at night could have been the start of many more flash backs.

go to the nearest biker bar, and in a deep voice say

"i need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle"

    then go shooting people.

    either that or it's lupus

Hi OP, get yourself to a doctor, even if you're feeling fine now. Sounds exactly like a very minor epileptic seizure, I get them and am on medication. Imagine if you had been driving or crossing a road! Good luck

OP, you'll be fine. Just remember next time not to have the belt around your neck so tight when you're jackin' it in the park.
