teaching Irish abroad..

    Dia Dhuit,

    just wondering has anyone any info or websites that are aimed at teaching Irish abroad? I have the HDip in Educ, B.A and an M.A, but not sure whats required or even if there are any/many posts in this area! any ideas?

    i would imagine you are more than qualified

    as far as i know translation requires a specific special qualification, but teaching is okay

    A few uni's in the US have it as part of their curriculum. Maybe send them a CV?

    any further updates on this?
    Am also very interested in teaching Irish abroad but can't find anything with google. Surely someone must know somebody who did / does this?

    Notre Dame have an Irish program
    You might have to google "Celtic Studies" to get a few uni's up

    try the celtic studis dept at Freiburg, Bonn, berlin, vienna. hard enough get into
