Ì know people have had issues with 3 and not getting a good signal outside of towns etc. If I was buying it to use mainly in Dublin would 3 be ok?
Their plans are so much cheaper than other providers that I would obviously prefer go with 3 if it was up to scratch. Does anybody know the reason why their coverage is not that good? Thought they claimed to have 98% coverage or something similar? Sorry I'm a total noob to iphones and technology in general!

    Thanks for the advice

I am using Iphone 4 since launch day with 3 and no problem at all, Price are great, coverage is good, some time little bit 2g/3g problem but can live with that with the good value plans and fix is coming soon as they say.
Speed is awesome and loving it so far.
I have used ph all around city, dublin 1, 2, 4, 7,8 and also M50, dundurm, sandyford. coverage is great.
