I go through a maybe two or sometimes three packs of Wrigley's Extra peppermint gum everyday, find it hard to go without it when doing mundane things.

Me, well its gotta be Red Bull, absolutely have to have one first thing in the morning and then another 3 or 4 through the rest of the day, I've cut down a LOT though. Sparkling Drinks.

If I can't get something 'sparkling' to drink at least once a day, I go crazy.

Think most people are addicted to the opiates in Sugar, Wheat and Dairy produce.

I have had to give up these three and the withdrawls were crazy.

People would take your head off if they couldn't eat toast, pizza, sandwiches, chocolate every day.

It really is a food fix for some people.

I used drink at least 3 + minimum cans of coke or diet coke or other sugary teeth rotten drinks . I realized i was getting addicted and cut down.

I got the headaches and cravings, dry mouth.

Diet coke = aspartame = Death
