Besides the obvious like ciggies, alcohol, caffine etc...

Me, well its gotta be Red Bull, absolutely have to have one first thing in the morning and then another 3 or 4 through the rest of the day, I've cut down a LOT though. Tea, coffee or caffine pills do nothing for me, it must be the sugar/caffine mix of it. I wont mix it with vodka on a night out, it ruins the taste of it, if I can I'll get it in glass bottle form, its unreal! If I dont get my Red Bull I get quite annoyed, and there is no substitute for it, so fúck off with yer Kix, Bull Ring, Red Rooster, Kick etc because in comparison its dirt.

i'm addicted to food - if i don't eat at least every three hours i get mad cramps, feel weak and sick and can't focus on even the smallest task.

lucozade i am off it a year now. used 2 drink 4-7 bottles a day
if i went 4 hours or more without a bottle
i used to get narky and get twitchy aswell

Oh yeah, I used to be addicted to that too. I swear I used to feel a rush after taking my first drink. It was a short lived addiciton though... managed to kick it early enough

Ive just started to try kick this wonderous/terrible stuff again, used to drink about 4 bottles a day was down to 2 recently, been cold turkey for 28 hours now...
