Finding paypal ip address

Just been scammed(im 99% sure),looking for the recipients ip via his paypal address-just wanna scare him,i sent the money as a gift because i thought it was cheaper so i cant open a dispute.Anyone any ideas? Thanks

If you have an email directly from him/her (ie not PayPal) then this might work:
