I received a County Court Claim form from Leicester County Council today.

I live in Ireland, am I right in thinking it's out of jurisdiction?

    It's for £480

Should I reply and tick box "Out of jurisdiction" or simply ignore it or other?

No - it is a supplier, he did a job for me and my customer went bust and didn't pay me so I was left well out of pocket. When happened in past most suppliers waive fee but this one won't. I won't be using him again.

I heard of a situation recently where someone ran away from some bills in Australia but when they went to buy something here it popped up on the credit check. :pac:

A belief in gender identity involves a level of faith as there is nothing tangible to prove its existence which, as something divorced from the physical body, is similar to the idea of a soul. - Colette Colfer
