It hasn't been proven that it was a suicide attempt yet though has it? I'd wait until she was found guilty tbh.

Well she crossed into their lane at 85mph.. She shouldn't be suing anyone before her own criminal trial is done with..

Even if it wasn't, what is she at suing the dead family's estate.. She killed a pregnant mother and a 13 year old and then goes after the father.

She deserves to be burned by 4chan.

Nothing has been proved yet though,like that she drove off and did it on purpose,it could've been either of the drivers fault.

While I don't agree with the 4chan campaign, she has the right to claim under the other woman's insurance if she was at fault, doesn't she? It's really bad form to sue a grieving husband and father.

If it was the woman's fault then yeah, she can claim.
I'm not agreeing with what she did if it was deliberate,just hate how 4chan think they can ruin peoples lives without consequences.(In before "consequences will never be the same!":pac:)

Well, two things go against her:
She drove at 85mph to an oncoming car, only breaking at the very last second.
She sent texts to people that she was going to kill herself.

Oh, and how could I forget THE B|TCH CROSSED LANES AT 85MPH.

I agree with you there.

I can just understand 4chan's ire (not that they need an excuse to get riled up in fairness) but her decision to sue is despicable.
