HELP! CAR TROUBLE

    hi i have a 2000 passat and the central locking and lock has gone on it! i think its a fairly common probelm but my main probelm is im going away in the morning in the car and need the lock to work! cause i cant leave it open all the time any one know anyone that could do it this afternoon!!! ive tried myself and just cant figure it out!! thanks!!

    Can you get in thru the passenger door before you get it fixed?

    sometimes but it doesnt always lock the driver door its seems to be the actual lock part of the driver door and i really dont want to risk travel around ireland/england with the lock not work

    You might have to get a replacement park for the lock mechanism in the door.

    Have you tried changing the battery in the fob?

    its not RCL (old fashion with a key) i bought it to mls who sent me to a little garage hes going to try get it fixed in the morning so heres hoping!! was in such panic!
