Breaking O2 Contract to get iPhone 4 on Vodafone?

Just got a cold call from Vodafone, offering me iPhone 4 for €159. €60 package a month - 300mins, 300texts... Doubling that for first six months to 700 of each. Even with an upgrade with O2, the handest's costing me €199. And my monthly package is 350mins and 150texts. Q.1 - Should I jump ship? Q.2 - Can I break my O2…

Didn't O2 change some T&C's a while back? Can I use that to get out?
