    Do you want something to record your screen while you show software setups etc?

    If so, look at getting something like CamTasia Studio 7. i have it and I find it's very good and comes with a good editer altough I use sony vegas to insert text boxes etc

    Oh sorry I opened the edit post before your reply.
    I found out I can do this with Microsoft Expression Encoder, which I already have.

    No bother, but why delete the OP? Should have just left it in case someone searches the same issue inthe future
