Black and grey / Portrait tattooist?

hey guys, just wondering if anyone can suggest a really good black and grey portrait tattooist? basically im planning a full lenght sleeve in mostly black and grey, one of the main pieces being a portrait.. any suggestions would be great... linkage to portfolios would be fantastic... cheers :)
