How can I transfer files from my nokia n97 mini to my laptop? I tried using the software provided but it would never work.

Why doesn't the cable work, what error messages are you getting?

What mode are you putting it in when you connect the cable? (pc suite, mass memory etc)

What kind of files do you want to transfer?
