Prayer suggestions

Hi, I'm putting together a mass booklet for our wedding and wondering how I should word a prayer of the faithful for my OH's granny, who will be too sick to attend the wedding. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance, 14 days to go!!!:)

We remember the smiles and laughter of all those who were unable to join us today due to illness. We remember in a special way X's grandmother, Mrs. Z who would have loved to share the day with us. Lord hear us.
