    Seeing as we have so many talented chefs and bakers here, maybe a specific thread to post pics of all the things we've made would be a good idea?

    Myself and the *ahem* lovely Insect Overlord just made the following:

    - A banoffee pie
    - White chocolate and peanut butter blondies (with a few milk chocolate chips)
    - Big chocolate chip cookies in (hopefully) the Marks and Spencers style.

    Garlic sauce on anything makes it delicious. I adore Domino's garlic and herb crust sauce, it's fantastic.

    Smoooooooooooooooooothies OM NOM NOM NOM.

    I'm totally obsessed with them :D I get them everywhere. The bestest ones are the Berry Blitz from Jump; Zumo Berry from Zumo and Berry Berry from Smokey's in NUIG. They never let me down!

    However, smoothies are ridiculously expensive :( I make homemade ones and just made an epic one :D Frozen mixed berries, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, fresh grapes, a cup of OJ, a cup of water and a spoonful of mixed seeds for some protein. SO SO GOOD <3

    It's the stuff they use in Chinese restaurants. Picked up a 405g tub for €2.50 today. So good, and all you do is add water. You can get spicier versions too.

    I got it in a Chinese shop in Bray, but according to this thread, you can get it in most good Asian shops.

    Am I the only one who doesn't like Chinese food? It always makes me feel sick... Though the noodles and fried rice are always much nicer than I manage to mak them

    Yes! I used to kind of like it, in serious moderation, but the last 2 times I got it I got sick. 'tis a sign from the Gods.
    Plus everything tastes the same... gloopy and burn-y. And no matter how nicely I ask, mushrooms/ peppers and aubergines always seem to end up in whatever I get. Ick.
