need Help remembering somthing

Dunno where to post this but its doin my ****in head in..
was talkin to someone earlier and this fella came up in conversation cant remember how ha but he was mention in one of eminem's older songs, its about a fella whos mother owned a hostel/hotel or whatever and he was a serial killer and cannot for the life of me think of his ****in name and its playin on my mind since.. think he was from Oz or NZ? not sure can anyone shed some light ha thanks
