live pause and rewind not working sky HD

as in the title, my live pause and rewind has suddenly stopped working, I've checked the settings and nothings changed, and playback from the planner works fine. any ideas? ran a google search and all the results seem out of date and refer to a firmware update a few years back.

Often, all that's needed is to turn the power off completely i.e. unplug
for a few minutes.

If that doesn't work, try a planner rebuild - it's somewhere in the setup
menus.
In my experience though, turning it off usually works.

yup +1 on that .

unplug for a few seconds and reboot.
(takes about 2 mins for the system to respond after powering up)
