LTI Book change of address

Hi All, Anyone been there before? Just wondering how I go about changing my address on the long term illness book. I hope the statement that's on the book saying I have to do it 'in writing' is outdated :/ Any help appreciated. Thanks.

write to them and tell them your new address, or email if they have. remeber to include your dob and pps
