Three free Credit not been applied to account

I have a Three prepay SIM card and when I check on my account it says Remaining Valid from Valid until Expires Free Credit Free cash €5.00 21/07/10 19/09/10 60 days ---> When I go to buy an add-on it says that I dont have enough credit, so how do I get to use the Free cash?

I think, like with Teso Mobile, free credit can't be used to buy add ons.

The free credit can be used on calls and texts.
