Maybe people are already familiar with this one but Barkley, Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden is a really funny pastiche of JRPG tropes that is well worth playing.

If that doesn't sell you on it, just check out this awesome track they used in it, because it wasn't kickass enough the first time around.

And @Retr0gamer, yeah, it's a very funny tongue-in-cheek application of JRPG clichés, and bizarrely enough not a bad traditional RPG at the same time!
