email sent from me, but not realy from me

guys, i got a few emails from my mates asking "whats this?" it was a reply to an email from my yahoo account that seems to have went to all my contacts on Sunday evening but its not in my sent items and i know for a fact i didnt send it! basically it had no subject and the body of the email was simply - snip *DONT CLICK…

guys, i got a few emails from my mates asking "whats this?"
it was a reply to an email from my yahoo account that seems to have went to all my contacts on Sunday evening but its not in my sent items and i know for a fact i didnt send it!

basically it had no subject and the body of the email was simply - snip *DONT CLICK THE LINK - WAS INSIDE A SUSPICIOUS EMAIL*

any ideas if this is a virus or something? anybody come across this before?
i have mcafee running a complete scan in the background as we speak.
