    This is a bit like that black baby that was born to a white couple a few decades ago in South Africa. It caused quite a stir there with the apartheid.

    In other news, a young white couple in Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup were said to be confused and angry after they were presented with a black baby.

    One day when that kid is a good bit older she's going to turn to her parents and exclaim "You mean I'm gonna STAY this colour?" :eek::confused:

    We were told by some religious group that there would be a miracle around this time, is this it?

    It is not uncommon for blacks to have white newborn babies ~ and the baby develops his colouring a little later, in a few hours or days ~ don't believe I've seen a baby like this ~ it does not look black at all ~ even if the mother had been unfaithful with a white guy, it does not look like this either.

    I must tag this story and watch its development.

    I'm guessing it's a tag that caused this situation in the first place.

    Right now there is some white woman from the same ward pleading with her white husband that, despite the evidence that is yet another "little miracle" on this planet, she was wasn't getting it daily from the black postman .

    not really identical then, i'd imagine its pretty easy to tell them apart

    You get your colour from your father. As example the Spanish Conquistadors, from 1490 or so on, killed all South American Indian and Aztec males and mated with their females ~ they made a new race of people we call Latino today.

    It was a deliberate attempt at what we'd call 'ethnic cleansing' today.

    But to make your point, you won't immediately get a white baby from a mixed white male/black female relationship, over time a new race develops and stabilises as it reproduces itself.

    The male delivers the primary DNA that tells the female DNA what it should become. Potentially the female egg could become a variety of species ~ in laboratory conditions.

    Yup, the white baby in the photos, as far as the photos can be judged does not conform to any known condition ~ a mixed up baby tag in the after care unit in a busy hospital can happen.

    It happens!

    My white uncle is married to a black woman. Of their 4 children, 2 of them have "pale" black skin and the other two are completely white. Granted, they don't have blonde hair and blue eyes!

    Well all white people originated in Africa so we know that genetic mutations like this can occur.

    More likely explanation is she sat in a wet patch in some orgy house and became an unintentional surrogate mother.

    Or.. <insert one of many other plausible explanations>
