much you need? few bags can be bought from building merechants...

truck loads...give o connell quarries a shout....

The Brickyard in kileely is quite good.

Located near thomand park if your looking for something out this side of the city

Tobins on the ballysimon road (about 15 a tonne last year) or paddy kellys in mountpellier. Any sandpit will have gravel graded to the size you want. a bit further afield there's a place in Toomevara which has some nice gravel..
