    sorry Dr. Baltar- exclusive male on male paedophilia is the furtherest end of the spectrum of homosexuality no matter how disgusting it is to the ordinary middle of the road respectable and well meaning gay person.

    Same as male on female paedophilia is the furtherest end of the spectrum for heterosexaulity and where the two are merged in a very grey and disgusting area for all of us.

    Now if the rest of the world would do the same and people can stop yammering on about gay marriage and we can move onto the real problems in the world.

    Altho i have to say i support gay marriage and equal right's but i just dont agree with the adoption of children to same sex couple's. I think that put's the desire of a couple that wants kids but cant naturally have them before the right of the child to be raised by a mother and father.

    It is better to have gay parents than no parents!
    Just watch this video and look what happens to kids in China if they're not adopted. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B94trCVCrLo If that's not a reason for gays to adopt them, then I don't know what is!

    ah hear not so David Norris is doing a stand up job although I don't fancy him as a british aristocrat wanna be as our next president but in fairness he is a plus to us and the seanad

    in fairness a good point - are thered any comparitive studies of the numbers of paedophiles in regard to heterosexual foster/adoption attempts?

    Personally I know of one paedophile that tried after marrying a non EU citizen that tried to adopt children only for my intervention with social services that might have succeeded but this was upon anecdotal personal knowledge and no inflection upon the process for either sexual orientated potential fosters or adoptees....

    lads we've passed through the civil partnership there the last day and already ye're wanting more - these gays are getting awful feckin uppity these days if ya ask me. I tell ya now most good decent people in Ireland don't want to be seeing 2 lads in dresses getting properly married in churches and the like parading down the street after - the gays should be happy they got their civil partnership through the seanad there before the summer holidays.
