plastic bags in dunnes stores

Dunnes stores in kilkenny never have the 22 cent bags...must pay 70 cents..today they were out of these and were selling binliners at the till for a euro!. Is it a problem unique to kilkenny or is it national. Its a right pain in the a--.

Nope, there has been a few threads on this topic before, here and here, they got into a hissy fit with revenue over the bag-tax and no longer supply them.
