39, 39a, 39c, 70. You can get them on Dame st. outside the Ulster Bank. Takes about 40 minutes to get there, and the 39 gets closest, drops you right at the door.

Game in the Blanch centre had pink Gameboy Advance SPs for €10 yesterday, new and boxed. I got two

Called into Game in Cork today in the hope that all Game's were doing this. I was disappointed. :(

I tried Swords and Santry, no joy.

    Back after a long day.

Sorry Neo and everyone else, they only had the one left. I would pass it on but the boxed system collector freak inside me would be unforgiving :P

I asked were there any more but the guy said no, that was the last of them and that they've just been sitting in the stock room since the DS came out.

If anyone really wants one give Game in Dundrum a ring and see if they have them. When I worked there 2 years ago there were stacks of them out the back but I have no idea if they're still there or what.

Excellent, I don't have that one myself.

Has possibly one of the worst covers in gaming history. Worth it for that alone!

Yeah its just a stupid cover, cant wait to get it, theres a sticker and some marker on the cart but time to clean up another game

worst thing is when you get a game with the **** musty smell off it

Just got Smash TV CIB for the Megadrive from an Irish seller..7.64 including postage!! :D

    Woop!

Just got Pokémon box on the cube! Been looking to get it for a while now and when it popped up on adverts for an ok price it was an insta-buy :D

It's not really a game, and useless without the GBA games + GBA to cube cable, but I'm going for the full boxed Pokémon game collection so it's necessary :D

Got a new fridge freezer yesterday so took the old one down to Newport recycling depot this morning. I was shocked upon arrival, they have a series of containers for electrical items - in one of these containers something caught my eye. I pulled out an Atari 2600 (spotless/still with protective seal over the silver band and logo) plus original joystick. A sega megadrive also spotless with pads/p.s.u. I'm well pleased. One mans rubbish ....

So here's some pictures of the bundle I picked up today. It's just the stuff that isn't doubles. The whole bundle was a purple Nintendo Gamecube, 1 controller, 2 memory cards and 29 games. There was also a Nintendo 64, 2 controllers and 3 games with that too for 150 euro altogether.

There was also a small CD case of Gamecube demo's included and one of those included was an NTSC-J demo of Resident Evil 4, kind of cool.

And Finally, my Gamecube collection as it now stands, which has been mostly rebuilt in the last few weeks. I was waiting until my Gameboy Player came in off eBay before posting pics, but it might have gone missing, so here it all is.

I wish! Think I'll be hiding the next credit card bill from the wife when it comes in. ;)
You folks are such a bad influence though, but in a good way. :)

Just got Rez and Marvel vs Capcom 2 on the Ps2 for £8 in Derry as well as Pikmin on the Gamecube for £5.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,750 ✭✭✭ghostchant

Ah Silent Bomber, enjoy! Also I have that demo-disk with Tombi on it, remember thinking it was great, if only I'd bothered to buy the game!

That's some haul. Tombi, Klonoa,Suikoden 2 and Silent Bomber. I really have to get my hands on Tombi and Silent Bomber. As for suikoden 2, my god is it good! You reminded me I must pick up Klonoa on the Wii.

My own stuff didn't arrive today :( oh well I'll wait until monday and fill the time by playing Persona 4!

I was trying to buy Toejam & Earl 2 but ended up getting the first one. I've never played this one before.

It's much better than Toejam and Earl 2. T&E 2 is a platformer while the first game is something very weird. The closest thing to it are rogue-like games. It's loads of fun though especially in split screen and the visuals are hilarious.
