"Life is...paradoxically coincidental to the ironical tyranny applicable to the unparalled definition of reverse entropy."

I think i understand this but i might be wrong. What does this mean?

It doesn't appear to be a sentence

Isn't this a quote from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? I don't think it has a meaning, and if you've deciphered it I'd really like to hear it...

As far as I can tell it's just a meaningless sentence designed to mock pedantry by cramming as many conceptual phrases together so that they appear to make sense but in actually don't at all.

But who knows? Maybe I just don't get it.
