Where to get stuff for an allotment?

    I just got an allotment and am wondering does anyone know where to get cheap sheep-wire /wire, garden chairs, treated wood /scaffolding for making raised beds, veg plants, fertiliser... all the stuff you need. It's my first time at any sort of gardening, so any cheap or second hand places you might know of would be great to know. Thanks

    Planks, Chadwicks Lucan - €100 or so for 20


    Ground cover/fleeces etc, polydome.ie, they deliver - good service.

    Plants, Hackets - Capel street are good

    Fertilizer etc, if you can get to a farm suppliers they're cheaper - there's one out beyond Clonee

    Cheapest and best book

    I get seeds from here:

    http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Premier-Seeds-Direct

    99p per packet (sometimes theres 1000 seeds in a pack and 99p delivery.
    If you buy 5 packs of seeds its still 99p delivery.
    U can pay up to 5 quid per packet of seeds here
