Had anyone heard of a material called 'Diurelis board' ? Apparently it is an alternative to Panelvent as the outer layer of a lower U value wall that cement board would be fastened to ( with a cavity)

Any knowledge of this or similar products would be appreciated, over even desirable caracteristics

Why do you want an alternative? Is there some reason you don't want to use it? What is being speced as your racking board if you move away from it?

Potential builder has not used panelvent before but has used this product from belgium before & is proposing as an alternative. Other option is to have the exterior payer as OSB but that is vapour closed, hence looking for something more vapour permeable in case you are storing up damp issues

Softboard such as 22mm gutex can be used in some situations. Such as used in conjunction with OSB3 15mm inside as airtight layer.

This is the product in question, does anyone know how this vapour permeability compares to OSB3 or panelvent?
