Am gonna be renting in Drogheda in the next while - rent on a decent 3 bed house on dublin side of town are quite high I thought - 750/800 per month.

Are rents always negotiable or what's peoples experience of haggling on rent in Drog?

    Thanx

    :p

Hi, ive just moved into a new house after looking at a load of places in the last 2 weeks. For a decent 3 bed house that price seems about right, we took a 2 bed house in bryansford for 700. As for tring to get the price down nearly everywhere we went would not budge on the price. Have a look at this one, this just came on the day we signed lease and it looks nice for 700

Some will budge on price though, never any harm in asking
