    Nahhhh, they are pointless, would only have to start withdrawl all over again. If I was going down that route I would be as well of just having "One last smoke", either way it's the same thing.

    The worst thing is, is while the cravings really only last a couple of minutes, it feels like they last bloody ages!

    I got me a new laptop today! the salesmans name was NOBY, all that I could think of when he was talking was noddy noddy noddy and the bell on his hat. lol what a name!!
