    Good session today in UL...ill Let PHat L update on his progress

    i benched 125...fecking delighted with this...

    edit: after looking at it again i cant believe how quick that went up...i attempted 130 and failed....oh and im laughing at the end cause L roared out "f*uck you" when i got it

    Fcuking Tag Rugby

    8-10 weeks ago (memory not the best) I mangled the ring finger on my left hand and it will probably never be straight again

    Yesterday at a tournament I did something to hip on my right leg and it's as uncomfortable as fcuk

    I didn't get that many injuries in 4 years of kick boxing

    I'm only 27 but feel I am falling apart the seems.

    An yes this self pity feels great
