Tubular Tyres for HIM races

Does anyone have any recommendations for a fast yet reasonably puncture resistant tubular tyre?

I was looking at the Continental Supersonic but according to various reviews they are very prone to punctures.

I would need this for a 90k cycle as part of a half ironman triathlon so basically ones suited for a long time trial on poorish country roads.

    Thanks.

punctures happen, sometimes on 200k cycles, sometimes on 2k cycles. Best thing is to learn how to change a tyre relatively quickly, pack a few gas canisters into your saddle bag + two spare tubes and off you go.

Try posting this over on the cycling forum- you'll get more advice than you can shake a stick at there.

You might have some problems using inner tubes with a tubular too :D
