    Mine is..... emm..wierd !
Everytime I place a cup of coffee or tea down on the table, the bottom of the cup has to hit the table evenly, if it doesn't, then I pick it up and do it again ... it can sometimes take up to 6 or 7 times to get it right...

    odd, I know...:o ... so what's yours ?

Things have to be exactly centered. If I place a book on a table, it has to be equidistant from the left and right sides, as well as top and bottom.

Spelling out words in my head and removing any letters that appear more than once.
Then spelling out the word without the repeating letters.
Then doing this in multiples of 4.

Thankfully I've nearly managed to stop doing it.
Literally, it used to keep me awake at night. :(

I blow into a cup or glass before pouring anything into it.
    Even of it's perfectly clean.
Not sure why, always did it. Maybe to make sure there's no dust.

Always the last person downstairs, to make sure doors and windows are locked.

I have a game I play with words and sentences, I'll rearrange a sentence (usually only a few words long) in my head so it "balances" out with equal numbers of words and letters on either side. Then I swap letters from one side to another to try and create new words yet still keep it balanced! If it doesn't balance out I change some of the letters to create new words or just insert new ones altogether. It used scare me when I realized I was doing it without thinking but now I can control it, on the upside my spelling is superb as a result!

.... but years ago - I had awful trouble with the thought I hadn't put the handbrake on the car. I'd have to check - repeatedly and I'd calm down for a bit, but then the panic would set in again. Did I really put it up? I'd have a crazy internal monologue and inevitably have to go check again. This would happen over and over again and eventually got to the stage where I was actually too worked up to check myself and would have to plead with someone else to do it (luckily I had a very patient and understanding boyfriend at the time) before I'd calm down.

As I said - I'm over it now. Fixed it myself by one day forcing myself to park the car on Patrick's Hill in Cork and getting out. I literally had a panic attack but after 20 minutes I got back into the car and drove off.

    I count in letters -_-
I try to get 2 letters (ie: g+s) to add up to 26 (z), and then I try to find what these letters could stand for >.>
Also, I can't ever lose the game.

So I'm not the only person who did something similar to that!

I used to rearrange the sentences in patterns, e.g. the words in groups of 3s or 5s.
The sentences had to be balanced at all times.

What made it more "fun" was spelling out the words with the repetition letters missing, yet still conforming to the original patterns the words were spelt in.

It's not very good for concentrating in meetings because someone would sya something and I'd start spelling out the word and focussing completely on it. Next thing I know, I'd be asked my opinion and I'd be "errrrrrr yeah sure, sounds good"

Now that I've got it under control, I actually pay attention now! :D

I have set pockets for items but that's just good common sense :)

Biggest one for me is putting the correct CD/DVD into the correspoding box. If I knew my Paul Weller Cd was sitting in the Radiohead Cd box it would keep me awake at night

I don't see anything wrong with that.
    Makes perfect sense to me.

Good grief, I have issues :D

Volume controls have to be in multiples of 5 or even numbers.

Leaving it on an odd number would bug me and i'd have to change to the next even number. Oddly enough odd multiples of 5 are fine and are preferable to even numbers on my home cinema system.

At home: Leaving my laptop dead centre in the middle of my desk, making sure the tv and Sky remotes are always together on the couch

At work: Post its stuck to my monitor have to be the same colour, and have to be stuck on straight.

I have to eat my toast a certain way. The slice has to be upside down, and I start with the left corner, then the right corner, then centre. After that it doesn't really matter but if I do it differently at the start I feel like I've done it wrong. :o

I also fold my bus tickets the same way every time. Often I don't even notice I've done it until it's all folded up.
