Hey guys i was due to go on holidays in august with my friends but now i am unable to go. So one of our other mates is going instead. Is it possible for him to take my seat on the flight? Name change fee is €/£100 per passenger.
I don't know whether this is each way or not

It would prob be cheaper for your friend to book a new flight, then you can claim airport tax back for your unused flight/s. I haven't done this but think you can claim back anything after the first 25 euro.
