So I started running in March with my goal being the Dublin Marathon. After some down time caused by a couple of injuries thanks to my being a klutz and not my running, I'm having some bad tension issues in my calfs whenever I run.

Everywhere I look online seems to say sports massage is a great way to sort this kind of issue. I don't know of any therapists in my area (celbridge, kilcock, maynooth are all within reach) and was wondering if someone could reccommend one?

Good guy in beatty Grove in Celbridge, a runner himself. PM me if you want his number.

Maynooth - the Leinster Sports Clinic, they've a website.

New clinic open in Celbridge recently as well. Run by Mark Kenneally. Saw the signs up near Tesco

I had bad tension issues in my calves too when I started running this year. Taking magnesium supplements really helped it. Haven't had problems since I started taking it.
