    Yeah budgeting... that should be..interesting.

I eat WAY to much, 2 dinners a day isn't unusual for me..

Have heard though that because im in a back to education course type thing that i may be entitled to rent allowence and travel allowence so hopefully, have a meeting with the local social welfare officer tomorrow and going to head to the CAB in Blackrock to find out what im entitled to etc

Yes you can. I've a friend that's on 600 euro a week from grants for being in college. I'm not sure how he managed to get that much. It's more than you do working full time job.

im 100% sure if u get 200/wk and are over 18 you will qualify for some sort of rent allowance.. best of luck anyway:) moving out has lots of advantage id say.. esp if folks are around a lot.. mine are never at home.. and when they are im not so dont have to see too much of each other:p

Yeah I'd imagine you'd qualify too.

I think that's a fairly average rate for sharing.

:) - so it is possible.

Speaking of houses, I must search for a house as I must move out August. I was spoiled with 33 euro a week rent.

Ok everyone, I must put the head down now as this is my final day and still lots to do. Talk to ye all laters.

I know the initial move will be hard, but did it get easier for you after you'd settled in?

Trying to get the €1600 deposit is a bit of a C U Next Tuesday too.

Well it's a bit more responsibilty but as long as you surround yourself with friends they can help you out and its not as terrifying. I looked after myself alot better when I moved out..weird.

won't the welfare help you out with the deposit? your parents? a loan?

Ah Daddy Lemons may be a bastard but tbh im happy he is, i wouldn't be who i am now if it hadn't been for the crap i'd gone through in my early teenage years.

It's just way too weird, we're so alike. If things hadn't happened the way they did with my father I'd be a completely different person too. Chin up hun and be proud of yourself for being able to do this on your own. I was able to handle it, I know you can too Ms Lemons, best of luck!!

Seriously no word of a lie, that's like "my saying" as they say. I was sure I made it up too. Ha ha ha!! Sorry Ms lemons but I just can't see you anymore. It's not me it's you. It's not working out. It's just too weird. Please pack your bags and leave.

    ..serious...

Like a slide. Cool - I used do that when I was a kid, or sit on a pillow and slide down. Parents used go crazy waking them up.

Woah you poor thing! I've fallen up the stairs before.. :o:rolleyes:

Hope you're felling better before the day is out! You were very lucky, I agree with webby there I thought you'd have broken something!!

I remember when I first got my dog she was so small I had to give her a boost up each step to get up the stairs. Oh she was (and still is ) the cutest thing!! However I wanted to see if she could figure out how to get back down one day.. What did she do?? Went head first down the first few step and rolled down the rest!! :pac: Crazy puppy! And she was grand!! She just trotted off to play with her toys straight after!!!
